Well-designed and functional

This product really works well, a simple design that seems to be trouble-free for a long time, although we just installed it recently and cannot really be sure of that. One caution, the installation instructions show the screws in the wrong locations so be sure the item swings down and not up before installing, or it will not work. After receiving the first one, I ordered some more because I really like how this works in our laundry to hang things for drip-drying.
