To Our Valued Closet Organizers USA Customers,                                                                            

The health of our employees and clients is very important.  This week we are further expanding our mobilization efforts to maximize the amount of staff that can complete their job functions from home.

While open, we remain committed to run a “Clean and Organized” business to serve everyone.

We are monitoring updates from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and WHO (The World Health Organization). We are following the guidelines while taking the necessary provisions for compliance as we continue to operate to serve our valued clients. 

Preventative measures taken include:

  • Any employees with flu-like symptoms are asked to stay home and consult with medical professionals
  • Daily cleaning of offices and factory
  • Every other day temperature checks
  • Frequent hand washing
  • Outside visits from Vendors is prohibited
  • Staff is practicing Social Distancing and wearing masks
  • When required and where available staff has been mobilized to work remotely

Our Operations, Manufacturing, Shipping are ALL operating as normal. However, lead times have increased on custom orders due to reduced on-site staffing from following the safest COVID-19 protocol.

In-stock accessories still ship next business day. Custom, made-to-order products ship within 30 business days due to delays from COVID-19
